Abby's Catering

Abby's Catering is a Houston, Texas food company whose aviation business, Abby's Aircraft Catering, began in 1980 serving chartered, corporate and private aircraft. Its facility is on Greens Road in Houston. Alongside aviation it runs corporate and event catering and food-service management for company and institutional cafeterias. Its listed affiliations include the NBAA, Women in Aviation International and Houston Regional Aviation Professionals. The site names Greg den Herder as the contact for its commercial in-flight division.

For business aviation, Abby's prepares American and international menus in its Houston kitchens and services flights departing from and arriving at the 16 airports in the greater Houston area. The executive in-flight menu runs from hot and cold breakfasts, snack trays and box lunches to dinner entrees, desserts, fruit baskets and beverages. A separate commercial division caters airlines at Houston Bush Intercontinental and Dallas Fort Worth, with refrigerated high loaders, bonded storage and on-site quality control. Crews and FBOs order by email or through the contact form, and a downloadable menu is posted. The site does not state ordering lead times, and menu prices appear only in the downloadable menu. A client testimonial from Air Culinaire Worldwide on the homepage suggests the network caterer uses Abby's in Houston.
