Above Catering LTD is an on-demand private-aviation catering service registered for VAT in Malta. It says private jet operators who knew the problems of in-flight catering founded it. The site does not name its founders, a founding year or a street address. Operations run daily from 06:00 to 20:00 UTC in summer and 07:00 to 21:00 UTC in winter. Its airport pages link guidance articles on separate crew meals, allergy protocols and how altitude changes taste.

It lists more than 62 airports, most of them in France, from Bordeaux, Biarritz and Deauville to Ajaccio and La Mole-Saint-Tropez, plus Salzburg and airports in Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Malta and Norway. Rather than running central kitchens, it says local partners near each airport, such as restaurants and artisans, prepare the food and it coordinates delivery to the aircraft with the handling agent or FBO. Menus cover hot and cold meals, halal, kosher, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-aware options, regional wines and cabin-ready packaging. Crews submit an online request with ETA, tail number, passenger count and menu preferences and receive written confirmation from the operations team. Its airport pages say no fixed minimum notice applies, with prep times set by the menu and schedule and priority handling for last-minute flights. It does not publish pricing.
