Air Charter Safety Foundation

The Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2008 and based at 1717 K Street NW in Washington, DC. It supports aviation safety in the business, charter and fractional ownership industry by promoting risk management programs, supporting an industry-wide audit standard, sharing safety information and building programs that advance safety standards. Membership is available through its website.

The ACSF Safety Symposium is its annual two-day event for safety-minded business aviation professionals. The announced 2026 and 2027 editions are hosted at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, with the university's Boeing Center for Aviation and Aerospace Safety and College of Aviation. The 2026 format replaced slide presentations with hands-on, scenario-based sessions built around a day in the life of an operator, including a workshop on the return on investment of safety. ACSF names operators, MROs, FBOs, charter organizations, manufacturers and safety specialists as its audience.

The Symposium is a conference rather than an exhibit hall; vendors take part through ACSF's Safety Advocates sponsorship page. ACSF does not publish attendance numbers or sponsor pricing.
