AEG Fuels

AEG Fuels is the trade name of Associated Energy Group, LLC, which has supplied aviation fuel since 1988 and lists Miami (701 Waterford Way) first in its footer among offices in Stateline NV, The Woodlands TX, Toluca, São Paulo, West Sussex, Dubai, Shanghai, Singapore, Medellín and Johannesburg. It describes the AEG Network as more than 3,000 suppliers and agents in 197 countries covering over 3,000 airports, serving airlines, militaries, heads-of-state and corporate flight departments, charter operators, FBOs and fuel resellers with 24/7 multilingual dispatch. It is a reseller and aggregator — direct relationships with multinational oil companies, national suppliers, local refiners and into-wing agents, with throughput pricing negotiated on aggregate volume — rather than an owner of terminals.

For FBOs, AEG sells branded and unbranded bulk fuel, truck and equipment leasing, point-of-sale systems, online ordering, fuel-quality monitoring, on-site quality and customer-service training, de-icing, and gasoline and diesel delivery; the AEG Connect Network is its branded-FBO membership (NATA-backed safety training, ramp-approved fuel equipment, marketing support, double AEG Rewards points for customers), and in September 2026 it launched AEG Leasing & Logistics, a subsidiary with more than 1,000 GSE and fueling units. Fuel-management services for airlines and large fleets cover supplier management, invoice auditing, fuel accounting and price-risk management.

For operators, the AEG Carnet Fuel Card is positioned as an alternative to pre-releasing fuel — credit at the airport on presentation, a dedicated sales rep, no annual or hidden fees and no processing fees to the FBO — with a mobile app for quoting and authorizing transactions, AEG Rewards (points per gallon and per trip-support dollar, redeemable for gift cards, account credit or charity), trip and flight support in partnership with Jeppesen ForeFlight (permits, slots, handling, a crew-briefing app, CBP Reimbursable Services), VAT recovery in 20 European countries, and SAF actively marketed at more than 20 airports into-wing or by book-and-claim — including roughly 3 million gallons of blended SAF for FedEx at Miami International (November 2025) and a Bombardier SAF program — plus a carbon-offset retirement program.
