Air Gourmet

Air Gourmet is an in-flight caterer for business and private aviation that says it has served the industry for 30 years. President and CEO Barry Saven has led the company since 1996; Carla Cockriel is senior vice president and director of marketing and Dwayne Lortie is executive chef. It lists kitchens on Kittyhawk Avenue in Los Angeles near LAX and on South Valley View Boulevard in Las Vegas. Its San Francisco orders route to a San Mateo address and a Jetfinity contact, so Bay Area service appears to run through that partner.

Its Airports page names Van Nuys, LAX, Santa Monica, Burbank, Long Beach, Santa Ana, Ontario, Camarillo, Hawthorne, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Carlsbad, Oxnard, Torrance, Chino, Fullerton and other Southern California fields, plus Las Vegas (LAS), Henderson and North Las Vegas. Kitchens run 24/7. Beyond its posted menu it offers menu development, florals, linen service, cabin supplies, gifts, personal shopping and newspapers, and an AG Global service books partner caterers for legs outside its own region. Crews order by phone or email to the Los Angeles, Las Vegas or San Francisco desk, and a downloadable menu is posted. The site does not publish pricing or ordering lead times.
