Airside FBO

Airside FBO, LLC is an aviation consulting and infrastructure company at 5015 NW Canal Street in Riverside, Missouri. It describes its work as nationwide FBO consulting for owners and managers and hangar development for business aviation. The firm cites decades of experience but does not state a founding year or name its principals on the pages that describe its services.

The consulting menu starts with an FBO Business Assessment, a 360-degree review of more than 200 aspects of an operation, covering financials, fuel pricing, customer service, safety, training and maintenance, delivered as a benchmarked report with a prioritized action plan. Pricing Strategies benchmarks retail and contract fuel prices, volume discounts and ramp and service fees. The Performance Accelerator Program is a four-to-eight-month engagement that begins with the assessment and continues with phased implementation alongside the FBO's team, described as a fractional COO arrangement. A Strategic Aviation Advisor service covers expert witness work, M&A support, hangar feasibility studies and strategic planning. Airside also offers the NATA-sponsored FBO Success Seminar and Customer Service Training, with registration through NATA.

On the development side, Airside FBO is co-developer with Eastside Innovation of a 170,000-square-foot hangar project at Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport in Kansas City, scheduled to open in 2027 and now leasing, and it lists a second project at Council Bluffs. Airside does not publish consulting prices or name consulting clients.
