Allstar Fuel

Allstar Fuel is the trade name Fred Garrison Oil Co. has used since 2001; the company was founded in 1951 by Fred Garrison around a Fina station and bulk plant, was a Texaco distributor by 1960 and is run today by president Gary Garrison from Plainview, Texas, with offices in Fort Worth, Graham and the Permian Basin. It is a general petroleum distributor — convenience stores, agriculture, oilfield, construction, marine and aviation — carrying Shell, Valero, Conoco, Phillips 66, Delek and Alon product, branded or unbranded, on a GPS-dispatched fleet of bobtails and transports.

On the aviation side it describes itself as a contracted supplier of Phillips 66 aviation fuel delivering branded and unbranded avgas and Jet A to regional airports, FBOs and flying services, with branded fuel programs that bring Phillips 66 marketing and image support, plus company-wide tank rental, a cardlock card and a mobile app for prices and invoices. Aviation is one of its product lines rather than its sole business, which is why it sits here as a regional distributor rather than a national network.
