Atikis Minnesota Aviation Catering

Atikis Minnesota Aviation Catering is a Minneapolis caterer founded in 2008 that says it caters only to the aviation community. Its contact page gives a Minneapolis address, and its terms are governed by Minnesota law. The site does not name owners or staff. Atikis delivers to four Twin Cities airports: Minneapolis-St. Paul International, St. Paul Downtown, Flying Cloud in Eden Prairie and Anoka County-Blaine. Its menu runs from breakfast to entrees, with egg-white and custom options, and the company describes meals designed to hold flavor and presentation at altitude, sourced locally where possible and packed in premium packaging. Flight attendants supply the testimonials on the site.

Orders start by email or through the website form with the flight date, wheels-up time, FBO, passenger count and dietary notes, and Atikis confirms the delivery time and details. Its terms say quotes are estimates, prices are given on request and may include delivery fees, and late cancellations may carry a fee, with the window set on each order. It does not publish a menu price list. Its contact page says email is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
