Bogert Aviation

Bogert Aviation Inc. is based at 3606 N. Swallow Ave. in Pasco, Washington. Richard Bogert opened the business in 1983, started building aircraft parts and tools in 1986, and still owns it. The product line is aimed at general aviation owners and maintenance shops working on Piper, Cessna, Beechcraft, Mooney, Grumman/American, Bellanca and Luscombe aircraft.

On the ramp-handling side, Bogert sells the Bogi-Bar nose-wheel and tail-wheel tow bars, the Universal Big Bogi tow bar at $654.00 and a 2-inch hitch ball receiver at $190.00. Its jacking line includes the Aero Jack System ($525.00 complete), Tribal Jack ($445.00) and Tribal Jack 2 ($483.00), a Heavy Duty Axle Jack System at $2,239.00, axle jack pins for the PC-12 and PA-46, jack pads and landing gear safety stands from $131.00. The catalogue also contains strut servicing tools, magneto leads, tire bead breakers and STC battery boxes.

Bogert posts prices for every item. The equipment is sized for piston singles and light twins rather than turbine ramps; the site does not mention tugs, FBO customers or a dealer network, and links to sister sites Safe Jack and Marine Products.
