Business Air News is published by Stansted News Limited, a company registered in England, from an office on South Street in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire. David Wright is publisher and editor, and Stephen Campbell edits the Handbook. The company says it tracks the ownership and operation of the worldwide business aircraft fleet, which it puts at more than 75,000 turbine and twin-engine aircraft, and that its subscriber universe covers more than 120,000 people who own, operate or support business aircraft. It is based near London but says it has more readers in North America than in the rest of the world combined.

Four products matter to FBOs. The magazine publishes eight issues a year for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and four for North America, in print and digital editions. The weekly Bulletin is an email news digest that advertisers can target by aircraft, region or activity. The Handbook is an online and printed directory of airports and FBOs, maintenance, training, completions, STCs and charter operators, with a charter trip planner. FBO Feedback is a survey of business aircraft operators that runs all year; in November 2025 it published results for four world regions, with Texas Jet at Fort Worth Meacham first in North America and London Southend Jet Centre first in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Voting in FBO Feedback is limited to people responsible for business aircraft operations, and the publisher offers a resources page for FBOs that want to encourage their customers to vote. FBOs and suppliers can buy enhanced Handbook entries, which open printed options in the EMEA and Long-Range Worldwide editions, along with magazine advertising, web banners sold by impression and targeted Bulletin sends. Business Air News does not publish rates. The Bulletin subscription is free, and copies of the magazine can be requested through the site.
