DeliSky

DeliSky GmbH is a Swiss company, founded in 2009, that runs a web and mobile platform for ordering VIP in-flight catering for private aviation. It reports more than 100 business jet operators using the service at more than 1,000 locations worldwide and more than 30,000 catering orders a year. The site does not give a city or name its managers. Registration is aimed at crew, operations and sales staff, brokers and catering teams in private aviation.

Users search by airport name or ICAO or IATA code and see the partner caterers nearby, with distance from the airport, delivery fee, opening hours, ratings from crew feedback and each caterer's own menu with current prices. They can add custom items, preview the total, then track quotes and order status, change or cancel active orders and download final invoices. DeliSky says it offers VAT exemption in Europe and adds no surcharges, and a support team is available around the clock for last-minute requests. A client testimonial says catering can be ordered automatically through the FL3XX flight management software. Personal and company logins are free to register on iOS, Android or the web. The site does not publish any fee structure beyond the caterers' own menu prices and delivery charges.
