Everest Fuel

Everest Fuel Management, LLC, based at 4130 E. 5th Avenue in Columbus, Ohio, describes itself as a leading provider of contract fuel services with a worldwide network of more than 2,400 FBOs and a 24/7 operations team. Its S.A.F.E. Standards Manual places it within Directional Aviation Capital, the portfolio that includes Flexjet, Sentient Jet, Constant Aviation and others, providing fuel management to those companies as well as external business-aviation customers. Its customers are operators: the home page offers sign-up tracks for aircraft operators, for customers ordering fuel, and for FBOs joining the network.

The model is release- and direct-bill-based rather than a proprietary card. Everest quotes locations and pricing from the operator's itineraries, pays the fuel supplier directly, builds its per-gallon fee into the quoted price, and says it validates every transaction — identifying, disputing and fixing incorrect invoicing so the customer is always billed to the quote — with no commitment or enrollment fees, a free savings analysis, an online ordering portal and iOS and Android apps, plus Owner-Pilot and Large Cabin concierge services.

For an FBO the relevant program is S.A.F.E.: a 200-point on-site inspection by Everest's regional managers (with White Label and Red Label service tiers) that its operator customers can cite to meet Part 91K and 135 fuel-quality supervision requirements, referencing FAA Order 8900.1 and JIG 4 / ATA 103. FBOs apply to join the network and schedule an inspection by email; Everest does not state that it sells fuel to FBOs, publishes no loyalty program, and does not address SAF or unleaded avgas on its site.
