FBOsForSale is the advisory brand of Business Presentation Solutions, LLC, based in Denver, Colorado. The firm advises owners who want to sell fixed base operators and buyers and investors who want to acquire them, and it also covers maintenance, repair and overhaul businesses, avionics and maintenance providers, and airport-based aviation properties. Principal and owner Michael Dye launched FBOsForSale.com in 2003 after moving into FBO and general aviation consulting in 1993. Carl Muhs, vice president of business development, spent about 20 years with the Avflight FBO chain leading acquisitions and expansion.

Services for owners include FBO valuation, exit planning and a confidential sales process; services for buyers include acquisition advisory and support for private equity and platform expansion. Its valuation is a going-concern view built on normalized EBITDA, a multiple range, lease review and a competitive assessment, delivered as a valuation document and an offering document shared with screened buyers. The firm lists closed transactions for Yellowstone Aviation (2018), Chandler Air Service (2022), Flower Aviation (2023), Pro-Flight Renton (2024), San Diego Jet Center (2024), ProJet Aviation (2024) and Texas Aero (2025), and reports about $90 million in FBO transactions with typical deals of $15 million to $40 million or more.

Buyers are screened and sign a nondisclosure agreement before they receive details on a listing, and listings stay confidential unless stated otherwise. The Texas Aero engagement included renegotiating the airport lease and operating agreement before a sale process, and a Lubbock Aero general manager credits the firm's valuation work and handling of airport lease issues in a testimonial.
