Flight Circle

Flight Circle describes itself as an aircraft scheduling, dispatching and fleet management application for flight schools, flying clubs, charter companies and corporate flight departments. Its FAQ says thousands of users rely on it at clubs, schools, universities, partnerships and FBOs for charter and aircraft management, with customers in more than 14 countries and, per the homepage, every US state. The site gives no headquarters address, founding year or named leadership; its contact page says the team works in the Eastern time zone and handles urgent issues seven days a week.

Features listed on the site include online scheduling with Google Calendar and iCal sync, policy enforcement, billing and point of sale with tap, dip, swipe, Apple Pay and ACH payments, user self-pay and automatic recurring charges, QuickBooks Online sync, a Part 61/141 training module, electronic signatures, a logbook, hosted forms with document upload, maintenance reminders and a squawk manager, a safety management (SMS) section, messaging by email or SMS, automations and a CRM and contact manager. For an FBO with a rental line, the CRM, forms and point of sale cover renter onboarding as well as booking.

Pricing is published on its documentation pages: $10 per month per aircraft or simulator, including unlimited users and instructors and phone and email support. Flight Circle adds no fee for its payment processing features; the processing bank's rates start between 1.09% and 2.9% plus $14.95 a month, depending on volume. New accounts get a 60-day free trial, and setup is covered in online documentation and on a Flight Circle YouTube channel, with support by phone and email.
