Flycore is the flight-school CRM of Aviation SaaS Inc., whose license agreement describes it as proprietary customer relationship management software designed specifically for flight schools. The homepage reports more than 50 flight schools using it and more than 50,000 prospective customers tracked, and it quotes directors of Sierra Charlie Aviation and Vermont Flight Academy and the CEO of Beyond Aviation in testimonials. The site does not give a headquarters address, founding year or named founders, and contact runs through a form.

Flycore covers the path from first inquiry to enrolled student. A Kanban pipeline shows where each prospect sits from lead to active customer; smart intake forms collect documents, payments and e-signatures; automated email and text messages, which Flycore says are AI-powered, handle follow-up and retention; and Flycore builds conversion-focused websites for schools. Sierra Charlie Aviation's testimonial says it moved to Flycore from Salesforce and HubSpot because it wanted aviation-specific enrollment workflows. It is a sales and customer tool, not an aircraft scheduler, and is meant to run alongside one.

For an FBO, Flycore fits the flight-school side of the business: turning discovery flights and website inquiries into enrolled students. It does not publish pricing, and schools start with a demo request. The homepage claims conversion gains of up to 30% and 20 to 25% shorter time from inquiry to paying customer; those are the company's own figures.
