Gammon Technical Products

Gammon Technical Products is a family-owned manufacturer at 2300 Highway 34 in Manasquan, New Jersey. Howard Gammon, a World War II Army Air Corps veteran and mechanical engineer, founded it in 1960 as a manufacturer's representative for Enfab (later Velcon) and J.C. Carter before it began designing its own fuel-handling products. His son Jim Gammon joined in 1976 and became president, and a third generation now works there. The company reports about 60 employees, more than 3,000 US-made products and components, more than 15 patents, more than 30 US distributors and about 50 international distributors serving more than 100 countries.

Gammon concentrates on the fuel-quality checks a fueling crew performs every day. Its catalog covers in-tank and bucket sampling, sample cans for shipping, sample kits and probes, sump separators, the Aqua-Glo free-water detector, the Gammon Gauge, MiniMonitor and MultiMiniMonitor membrane kits, color-rating membranes, Q-Kits, float testers and water- and fuel-finding paste. A bonding and grounding section sells cables, clamps, plugs and reels, and a valves section sells overwing nozzles and pressure-control and sampling valves. Gammon also publishes GamGram technical bulletins and hosts an aviation fuel conference, this year on October 29, 2026 in Eatontown, New Jersey.

Gammon sells through an online store, where prices are shown only to registered users, and through its distributor network; RPD Services and Becker Aviation, both in this category, carry the line. The site says its products are used at virtually every airport in the world. It does not mention FBOs by name, but it links the NATA misfueling-prevention program and displays NBAA and NATA logos, and its range covers the sampling, sump and grounding work in an FBO's daily fuel-quality routine. Gammon does not publish list prices.
