Holdshort

Holdshort Aviation Systems, LLC says it was first established in 2003 and that features from its original scheduler were later adopted by competing systems; the current platform is its rebuilt, centralized version. Its pilot user guide lists a post office box in Carson City, Nevada, as the company address. The site does not name founders or staff, and support is handled by email. Its about page names flying clubs, flight schools, FBOs, corporate flight departments, air carriers and charter operators as users.

Holdshort runs on one login per pilot: a pilot can belong to several organizations, hold administrator, instructor or pilot roles from the same account, and carry records when renting away from home. Organizations can manage multiple locations from one account, and the system keeps pilot credential records that are checked before dispatch. Plan modules are Schedule, Dispatch & Maintenance, and Billing and Payments, with training courses listed as coming soon. iOS and Android apps are available, and a copy-and-paste login box lets an operator put Holdshort access on its own website.

Pricing is published on its plans page: Shared Plane at $10 a month or $110 a year for one aircraft, Flying Club at $30 a month or $330 a year for up to five, Flight School at $55 a month or $605 a year for up to ten, and Enterprise at $499 a month or $5,489 a year with unlimited aircraft and other resources. Every plan includes a no-obligation 60-day free trial, and the plans page names FBOs among the operations it is priced for.
