Northern California Business Aviation Association

The Northern California Business Aviation Association (NCBAA) lists its address on Airport Road in Napa, California, and aims to give business aviation professionals across Northern California a regular series of events to connect, learn and grow the regional aviation community. FBO managers are prominent in its leadership: its board list names Otto Wright of Atlantic Aviation as president and includes directors from KaiserAir, Jet RVSM Services, Executive Jet Management, jetAVIVA and Gilead Sciences, with Maddie DuBray as executive director. Wright also co-chairs the safety committee with Chad Brewer of Solairus Aviation.

NCBAA's calendar includes an annual golf tournament, member meetings and a member meeting and holiday party on December 10, 2026. Its workforce program, the Propulsion Initiative, works with San Jose State University on an annual Aviation Career Discovery Day, the third of which is set for November 13, 2026 at the SJSU Student Union, to introduce students to aviation careers and connect them with member companies. The safety committee meets quarterly, plans a Safety Day and ran a safety survey in 2023. The site also hosts resources for flight attendants, women in aviation, students and pilots, plus a business aviation job board.

Membership is priced on the site: $85 a year for individuals; $600 for a business membership covering up to eight named employees, with the company logo in the business member directory; and $3,000 for a Foundation membership with unlimited named employees, early registration and sponsorship access to major events, and a member spotlight. Foundation dues help fund the Propulsion Initiative. Student and government memberships are also offered, and the student level includes access to a mentorship program.
