North Texas Business Aviation Association

The North Texas Business Aviation Association (NTBAA) says it has brought the North Texas business aviation community together since 2008 to network, educate, mentor, share practices and represent the industry with policy makers. It lists a post office box in Keller, Texas. Members are local flight operations, manufacturers and business aviation vendors, suppliers and service providers, and NTBAA says NBAA named it Outstanding Local and Regional Group in 2019. Its volunteer board is co-chaired by Jonathan Kenworthy of Embraer and Kyle Lamb of Clay Lacy and includes directors from Titan Fuels, Global Jet Capital, AAMT, Business Jet and Airshare.

For an FBO in Dallas–Fort Worth, NTBAA is a direct line to the flight departments based nearby. Its signature event is the annual Safety Showdown, which includes exhibit booths for sponsors, and networking events run several times a year, including an Oktoberfest in Fort Worth on October 28, 2026 and the NTBAA Holiday Party on December 10, 2026 at Galaxy FBO at Addison Airport. NTBAA offers academic scholarships at the University of North Texas, Embry-Riddle, Tarrant County College, Baylor University and McKinney ISD, plus a Career Advancement Scholarship that members can use for conferences, CAM or dispatcher certification and similar courses.

Pricing is published. Corporate membership is $250 a year for a primary contact and five colleagues, and Corporate Unlimited is $400; corporate members must earn at least half their income from business aviation. Sponsorship tiers are Silver ($2,500), Gold ($5,000), Platinum ($7,500) and a $10,000 Scholarship tier that funds a $2,500 scholarship in the sponsor's name, with Safety Showdown passes and exhibit booths at the upper levels. NTBAA also runs a job board, a member directory, a monthly newsletter and a mobile app for members.
