O'Neill's Inflight Catering

O'Neill's Inflight Catering is a Texas private-aviation caterer with a San Antonio address. Founder and CEO Neill Reagan also runs Signature Catering, a corporate and event catering company, and Paul Bjork is general manager and chef in Houston. The company says it has served the in-flight community for more than a decade and that NetJets named it 2016 Supplier of the Year. Testimonials on the site come from Million Air's executive office and from Signature's general manager in Austin.

It says its coverage has grown to include Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Georgetown, Horseshoe Bay, Kerrville, New Braunfels and Corpus Christi, with kitchens across Texas open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Its FBO Locations page names the Million Air, Signature, Signature North, Saturn Aviation, SkyPlace and Cessna facilities at San Antonio International, plus Boerne Stage Field, Texas Aviation Partners in San Marcos, New Braunfels Regional and Atlantic Aviation at Kelly Field, and it lists a group of Dallas-Fort Worth area airports as well. Crews order from a posted menu or build a custom menu with the chefs, through the contact page or by phone. The site says market items are bought within hours of delivery. It does not publish pricing or ordering lead times.
