Onground Systems is an aircraft cleaning marketplace and scheduling platform. Its terms of service describe it as a subsidiary of University Mobile Detailers LLC and set California law, with Sacramento venue, for disputes; the site does not state a headquarters address or founding year. The company says its network of certified vendors covers all 50 states, and its FAQ describes those vendors as insured and working to standard operating procedures so that pricing and quality stay consistent from airport to airport. Customer quotes on the site come from people at JetSuite, Skyservice FBO, Jet Edge and Hangar 7.

For charter operators the platform searches tail numbers, airports and FBOs, schedules cleanings between legs using live flight tracking, suggests services from flight history, handles approvals and payment, and logs service history and performance data. For FBOs it connects an existing in-house detailing crew to the same system, syncing the team's availability and auto-generating package quotes for clients. Services booked through it include interior cleaning, exterior detailing and washing, and AOG cleanings, with a 24/7 dispatch line. Vendors must accept a job request within 30 minutes, and new client companies get onboarding training.

Onground Systems does not publish pricing. Its terms make clear that vendors are independent contractors who carry their own insurance, that complaints about workmanship go to the vendor, and that FBO charges such as callout, escort, ramp and overnight parking fees are the client's to pay, with Onground passing along any it knows of at booking. FBOs considering it should read those terms alongside their own minimum standards for outside service providers.
