PilotSchedule has been online since 2003 and is published by PilotSchedule.com and TABA Systems LLC, according to its copyright line. Its FBO page says it was created by a pilot who understands how a flight line runs, without naming the founder. The site gives no street address or city, and contact runs through a web form. Its pages are written for flight schools, flying clubs, aircraft partnerships, independent instructors and FBOs, with a separate page for each.

The FBO version puts the rental fleet and instructors on one calendar: checked-out renters book aircraft themselves, instructors and lessons are scheduled alongside rentals, the dispatch desk sees the whole day, a reserved slot is locked across the operation, and aircraft can be blocked for a 100-hour, annual or squawk. Other features include advanced reservation rules, cancellation policies, backup reservations, roles and permissions, a club document library, mass email and alerts, custom schedulable resources and multi-club support. It runs as a web app on phones and tablets with no download. The features page does not list billing or payment tools.

Pricing is published on its pricing page: Solo at $20 a month for two resources, Basic at $50 for ten, Pro at $100 for 50 resources and four clubs, and Elite at $200 for 100 resources and ten clubs. Annual billing cuts each rate by 20%. All plans include unlimited pilots, members and reservations; aircraft, instructors, simulators and rooms all count as resources, and there are no per-aircraft fees or quotes to request.
