Polaris Aero

Polaris Aero traces its start to 2007 and builds safety management and risk-assessment software for aviation. Its about page says it joined Veryon, an aviation maintenance software company, in 2026, and a site banner tells customers that nothing changes in VOCUS for now. The leadership bios describe former U.S. Air Force, Arizona Air National Guard and airline pilots, but the site does not publish a headquarters address. Its news page lists IS-BAO standards and BASC audit tools added to the SMS, and the site is offered in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Everything sits inside the VOCUS Safety Intelligence platform. VOCUS SMS handles hazard and event reporting, risk management, audits and FAA ASAP; FlightRisk produces objective flight risk assessments and integrates with scheduling systems including FOS, PFM, BART, FL3XX and Leon and with ARINCDirect flight planning; and GroundRisk, launched as a next-generation MRAT, assigns risk advisories to maintenance and ground-support tasks from a built-in lightweight schedule, drawing on published rules and an organization's own lessons learned. The homepage says VOCUS is designed for flight departments, FBOs and MROs, and the SMS integrates FOQA data from GE and L3Harris.

Its news page features Fargo Jet Center's January 2026 adoption of VOCUS SMS, and the site publishes case studies from a private flight department, an MRO and a jet card provider. Polaris sells through demos and does not publish pricing. It also runs a VOCUS safety store and safety-program services, and its community pages promote shared FlightRisk advisories among flight departments. For an FBO, GroundRisk and the SMS are the relevant modules; FlightRisk matters only where the FBO also operates aircraft.
