Primos Gourmet Catering

Primo's Gourmet Catering, Inc. is a Central Florida caterer that has provided in-flight catering since 1996 and also runs a corporate catering business. It operates two order desks, one for the Orlando area and one for Tampa and St. Petersburg, and the site does not name a headquarters address. It says it has catered for political dignitaries, royalty, sports teams, celebrities and Fortune 500 companies. Its aviation testimonials come from corporate flight attendants.

Its Locations Served page lists 20 airports it delivers to daily, with the FBOs on each. The Orlando side covers Orlando International, Orlando Executive, Kissimmee Gateway, Orlando Sanford, Daytona Beach, Melbourne, Space Coast Regional, Leesburg, Vero Beach and Ocala. The Tampa side covers Tampa International, St. Pete-Clearwater, Lakeland Linder, Tampa Executive, Sarasota-Bradenton, Zephyrhills, Bartow, Brooksville, Peter O. Knight and Albert Whitted. Aviation services include kosher and halal certification, gluten-free meals, sushi and caviar, dry ice, beer, wine and liquor, flowers, gift baskets, cabin supplies, linen laundry, dish washing and glassware. Crews order through online aviation order and quote-request forms or by contacting the Orlando or Tampa desk. A downloadable aviation menu is posted, but the site does not publish prices, and its aviation policies and fees page did not load when checked.
