Resyrv says it was built by pilots and aircraft co-owners who were tired of running shared airplanes on spreadsheets and group texts, and it now handles scheduling, airworthiness, cost sharing, billing, documents and training for partnerships, flying clubs, flight schools and rental operators. A separate Resyrv MRO product covers work orders, parts and invoicing for maintenance shops. The site does not give a company address, founding year or named founders, and it publishes comparison pages against Flight Circle, Flight Schedule Pro, Schedule Master, Aviatize, AircraftClubs, Coflyt and MyFBO.

Its rental-operator page is the one written for an FBO with a rental line. Renters book themselves, and each renter's medical, flight review, insurance, checkouts and endorsements sit on their profile, with bookings blocked if currency lapses. Wet and dry rates apply automatically from a house fuel price set once, and renters see a per-flight cost breakdown before departure. Pre- and post-flight inspections are captured on the renter's phone and tied to the reservation, new squawks reach the mechanic and an aircraft can be grounded automatically. Prepaid block time is tracked in the system, and integrations include ForeFlight, Stripe and Xero.

Resyrv's pricing page currently says pricing information is unavailable, so the company does not publish pricing; all plans include unlimited users and a 14-day free trial with no card required. An Operator plan for commercial operations and larger fleets adds a custom aircraft allowance, live accounting sync, API access, custom contract terms and onboarding, and priority support, and a Launch Assist service handles data import from spreadsheets or another system and go-live setup.
