SafetyPro Training Center

SafetyPro Training Center is the online school of ACE, Inc., which Sara and Jay Shanley, two former first responders, founded in 2004 to deliver fuel-safety compliance training to refueling staff at Part 139 certificated airports. The homepage adds that SafetyPro, owned and operated by a helicopter pilot and former first responders, began what it calls the first online-only 14 CFR 139.321 course in 2007. ACE has since added SIDA, airport ground-vehicle, ramp-safety and consulting work. The site does not give a street address or city.

Its FAA Fuel Safety catalog includes Fuel Safety Supervisor 14 CFR 139.321(e)(1), Line Fuel Service 14 CFR 139.321(e)(2), Aviation Fuel Quality Control, Airport Fueling Inspector Training, an Aviation Self Fueling course for non-139 airports and an NFPA 407 2027-edition update. SafetyPro says the Line Fuel Service course covers FAA and OSHA requirements for handling fuel, lubricants and oxygen in four to five hours, so a new line hire can finish it on day one, and that its certificates are authorized under FAA Advisory Circular 150/5230-4. It lists more than 50 courses in all, including OSHA and airport safety topics.

Courses run on SafetyPro's own site with supervisor access to student progress, or on an employer's learning management system, and SafetyPro will customize a course. For airports it builds geo-specific SIDA and driver training using the airport's own photos and video, and offers ACLMS hosting that it says is eligible for AIP and PFC funding. Course prices sit behind registration; the site advertises group and corporate rates but does not publish pricing. A misfueling-prevention video is offered free.
