Sage Interiors

Sage Interiors is a commercial interior design and furniture firm founded and led by Marilee Wintz, who brings more than 27 years in interior design. It plans and furnishes office and lobby spaces from design through installation, works virtually or on site, and says it serves clients nationwide. The site does not give a headquarters city or a founding year, and contact runs through an online form. Wintz says she donates 10 percent of profits to charities such as Compassion International and Samaritan's Purse.

FBO lobbies are a named specialty, with a gallery of Atlantic Aviation interiors at Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Reno, Salt Lake City, Portland, Louisville, El Paso and Rifle, Colorado. The write-ups describe regional themes: stone fireplaces with copper tile at Salt Lake City, hammered copper and saddle leather at Rifle, terra cotta tones at El Paso, a curved service counter and limestone-pattern floor at Louisville, lit wall panels at Portland and Hollywood-style millwork at Los Angeles, where the redesign added five lobby seats. Durability for high-traffic lobbies is a recurring point in each description.

Listed services are interior design, space planning, custom furniture, and turnkey furniture supply and installation, which covers a lobby or pilot-lounge refresh as well as fit-out of a new terminal. Product pages in its online furniture catalog show placeholder prices, so pricing is effectively not published. The site does not give sizes, costs or dates for the FBO projects, and Atlantic Aviation is the only aviation client it names. Each location is shown as a photo gallery with a short design narrative.
