Schedule Master

Schedule Master is run by Time Sync, Inc., which provides scheduling and information services for aviation, boating and other industries; the site's copyright notice runs from 1995. It is aimed at flying clubs, boating clubs, training centers, flight schools and partnerships with one to more than 100 aircraft or boats. Testimonials include West Valley Flying Club, which says it has more than 1,000 members, 60 aircraft and 50 instructors and has used Schedule Master since 2011, and Plus One Flyers, which calls itself the largest flying club in the country. The site does not give a street address.

Members reserve an aircraft and an instructor from a browser or mobile phone, with standby reservations that alert them when a booked resource opens up and calendar sync for reminders. Managers set scheduling rules that check qualifications, checkouts and payments before a booking, with custom rules on request. Billing runs automatically at the end of a reservation by card, bank transfer, PayPal or eCheck, with minimum charges, fuel and expense credits, credit limits, membership-level pricing, payment reminders and automatic dues. Maintenance tracking covers date- and time-based items, annual inspections and AD compliance, and an API lets operators pull schedule and billing data.

Schedule Master says prices depend on scheduling needs and organization size but typically run $8 to $12 per resource per month, and it offers a no-obligation quote and a free 30-day trial. Its site does not mention FBOs. It suits an FBO whose rental fleet or affiliated flying club runs on member rules, standby bookings and automatic post-flight billing, rather than one looking for front-desk fuel, service-request and invoicing tools.
