SkySync

SkySync (Sky Sync Media) is a cloud display platform built only for fixed-base operators. It runs three kinds of screens from one dashboard: a customer-facing lobby display, an internal dashboard for line, CSR and management teams, and an ad-supported promotional screen. The company says its founding team pairs hands-on FBO ownership and operations experience with more than 65 years of combined SaaS and display-network software experience.

The Customer Experience Display shows live flight tracking with tail-number arrivals and departures, fuel and services pricing, local weather and radar, QR codes for concierge requests, and FBO announcements, aimed at cutting the repeat questions a front desk fields all day. The Employee/Management Dashboard carries SOPs, safety alerts and shift messages. The Promotional Screen carries branded advertising from local and aviation businesses that Sky Sync sells and manages.

Pricing is published per location: the Promotional Screen is $0 a month with ad revenue split 50/50 with the FBO; the Customer Experience Display and the Employee/Management Dashboard are $350 a month each; the Complete Package is $599 a month with up to five screens. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract, run on the TVs an FBO already owns with no separate media player, and Sky Sync says most installs finish in under 24 hours.
