Stevie's InFlight

Stevie's InFlight is an aviation caterer with corporate offices on Balboa Boulevard in Van Nuys, California. Its menu identifies the operator as Tango Restaurant Group (TRG, Inc.), doing business as Stevie's InFlight, and its health policy is signed by Steve Sipprell. The site says it serves most California airports and is expanding to other states. The homepage posts color and black-and-white versions of the menu and links a state and federal food safety and liability statement.

Its menu lists daily service to Van Nuys, Hollywood Burbank, Los Angeles International, Santa Ana, Long Beach, Santa Barbara and Camarillo. The food is seasonal modern American, built on grass-fed, organic, farmers' market and small-batch ingredients, with gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options and packaging designed for easy service on board. Kitchens operate from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific daily and close overnight for cleaning under HACCP procedures; overnight production needs 96 hours' notice.

Orders come through a web form or by email for larger orders. The menu advises that food be eaten within six hours of delivery and held at proper temperatures after handover, and it notes a documented temperature chain. Prices appear only in the downloadable menu, which was dated December 2021 when checked, so crews should confirm current pricing. The menu also says prices can change without notice and refers buyers to the cancellation policies its dining specialists hold.
