TransFueler

TransFueler, Inc. lists its headquarters at 14700 Industry Circle in La Mirada, California, and markets its aviation line through a separate TransFueler Aviation site. The company says it started in 2006 as Advanced Fuel Systems, set up a Quality Fuel Trailers sister company, launched the TransFueler brand in 2009, merged the two into Transfueler Inc. in 2010 and joined Superior Storage Tanks & Trailers in 2024. Beyond aviation it builds diesel, gasoline and generator fuel trailers, DEF systems and water trailers. The site names no executives and gives no headcount.

Aviation products include mobile aviation fuel trailers from 110 to 2,500 gallons for jet fuel and avgas, DOT 406 trailers from 250 to 2,500 gallons that can be fitted for avgas or Jet A, M-Series no-hazmat trailers and skids from 119 to 952 gallons, UN 31A/Y trailers and tanks, and a 120-gallon refuel/defuel cart. The standard dispensing package pairs a GPI 12-volt, 25-gpm pump with a Velcon or Facet aviation filter, a mechanical totalizing meter, a 50-foot aviation hose on a spring-rewind reel and a 50-foot static grounding reel; single-point nozzles, longer hoses and a Piusi fuel-management system are options.

TransFueler names FBOs, airports, flight schools, helicopter operators, municipalities and private owners as buyers, and pitches the refuel/defuel cart to FBOs, med-evac operators, municipal airports and maintenance shops. Trailers run on public roads under DOT 406 need placards and a driver with a CDL and hazmat endorsement, which the site explains on its DOT regulations page. TransFueler does not publish prices; it quotes through a request form, offers financing and runs a rental fleet.
