Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. is a Houston, Texas-based international trip support provider founded in 1959 by Tom Evans, a former U.S. Air Force meteorologist, as a flight weather service that grew into trip coordination in the late 1960s. Its services cover feasibility assessment, flight planning and weather, overflight and landing permits, slots and PPRs, hotels, security and ground transportation, meteorologist-watched flight following, global regulatory services, and aviation CO2 emissions management for business aviation operators worldwide; the company cites more than four million international trip legs handled.

The site lists 1,700+ people across 30+ countries, a headquarters at 1150 Gemini Street in Houston, and operations centres in São Paulo, London Stansted, and Hong Kong. Named products include the uvGO mission management platform, Feasibility-IQ trip support software, and an Airport & FBO Data API; after-hours U.S. Customs access is offered through RSP membership at 80+ airports of entry. On 5 November 2025 the trip support business, digital products, and the Universal brand were acquired by World Fuel Services, a World Kinect company. The Universal Aviation FBO and ground-handling network and Air Culinaire Worldwide were not part of the sale and remain with Evans Aviation Holdings.
