Well Bilt Industries

Well Bilt Industries makes hangar doors in Ocala, Florida, where it lists its address on Southwest 67th Avenue. Its site carries a 'since 1984' line and says the company began making aircraft hangar doors in the 1980s and has worked in the aviation door market for more than 30 years. It builds for private, corporate, commercial, military and FBO hangars, along with industrial, agricultural, marina and residential buildings, and offers engineered drawings and pricing within 24 hours of a request.

The aviation range covers bifold hangar doors; HydraTilt single-panel hydraulic doors and the Hydra-Eze single-panel line; Slide-N-Hide doors that slide and stack along the building wall; rolling and sliding bottom-rolling doors for oversized openings; and blast-resistant doors for military sites. It sells its own Hercul-eze door operators in LD-100, 200, SW, XP-300 and XP-500 series. Doors ship fully assembled with factory-built electrical controls, and Well Bilt offers limited warranties of up to 10 years.

Its project list names Florida FBO and airport work, including bifold doors for Dolphin Aviation in Sarasota, Gainesville Regional Airport and a hangar group in Jacksonville, rolling doors for Keys to the World Aviation in Lakeland, and Slide-N-Hide doors at Centennial Airport in Colorado. Well Bilt also repairs and maintains bifold, hydraulic and sliding doors from other makers, covering cables and straps, rollers, hydraulics, controls, seals and structural realignment, with scheduled maintenance plans. It does not publish pricing.
