AAAE Career Center

The AAAE Career Center is the job board of the American Association of Airport Executives, a professional organization for airport employees based in Alexandria, Virginia. AAAE reports 12,057 members, including 9,321 airport members from 949 airports. The board's listings come mostly from airport authorities and city and county governments, covering roles such as airport operations agent, operations duty officer, security specialist, maintenance and operations technician and ARFF specialist.

Employer pricing is published. A 30-day posting costs $260 for AAAE members and $380 for non-members, a 60-day posting $440 and $650, and a 90-day posting $620 and $910. Packs of 30-day postings run from $700 (3-pack, members) to $1,820 (10-pack, members), internship postings are free, and every paid posting includes resume search. Featured Jobs start at $85, programmatic display ads at $400 and targeted job distribution at $150.

Postings also run in AAAE's Aviation News Today newsletter and its member hub, and all revenue goes to the AAAE Foundation. The board skews to airport authorities and municipal airports; FBO line-service and CSR hiring is not a category it names, so it suits airport operations and management hires more than FBO staffing.
