Aviation Personnel

Aviation Personnel is an aviation staffing company at 4756 Highway 377 South in Fort Worth, Texas. It has operated since 2008, and several staff members have been with the company since its start. Michael Holloway joined as Director of Finance in 2017 and has been President since 2022.

Employers can hire contract, contract-to-hire or direct employees for aircraft maintenance, production and repair, including temporary staffing for assembly and modification projects. The firm states a no placement, no fee guarantee, local and national reach, and skills-test administration on request. Its compliance department handles criminal background checks, license verification and FAA-required drug and alcohol testing under 14 CFR Part 120 and 49 CFR Part 40, and the company is an E-Verify employer.

FBOs, line service and business aviation are not named as markets; the site speaks of major aviation companies in general. A maintenance-focused FBO could use the technician staffing and the built-in screening. Aviation Personnel does not publish pricing beyond describing it as competitive.
