Aviation Recruiting

Aviation Recruiting, LLC operates from 1845 Town Center Boulevard in Fleming Island, Florida. It describes itself as a direct-hire, contingent staffing firm for the aviation and aerospace industries, with nearly fifteen years of experience placing expatriate and local aviation professionals. The firm is led by Sharon Ballgae as CEO and Marc Ballgae as Principal.

Its recruiting covers pilots and flight crew, A&P mechanics, avionics technicians, sheet metal mechanics, quality inspectors, Directors of Maintenance, aerospace engineers and UAS operators. A separate executive search practice fills senior roles such as COO, VP of Aviation, Director of Flight Operations and Station Manager. Clients named by category include Part 121 airlines, Part 135 charter operators, Part 91 private aircraft management companies, Part 145 repair stations and flight schools.

FBOs and line service are not named among its markets. For an FBO, the relevant offerings are its maintenance-technician and aviation-management searches, for example when a shop on the field needs A&P or avionics talent or when a leadership seat opens. Aviation Recruiting works on a contingent direct-hire basis and has a candidate guarantee, and it does not publish fees.
