Aviatize calls itself the operating system for flight schools, and that is the honest way to read it: the platform was built for training organizations, flying clubs, and helicopter and corporate operators, and its FBO management offering is one solution layered on the same scheduling, billing, maintenance, and compliance core. The company publishes two addresses — Kerkstraat 106 in Gentbrugge, Belgium, and Fighter Aces Drive in Mesa, Arizona — and says the product now serves flight schools and aero clubs in more than 47 countries. Its founders are Dominiek De Roo, an active Boeing 747 freighter pilot who previously worked at CAE Phoenix Aviation Academy and Sabena Flight School, and CTO Chris De Rouck, with Falcon 900 pilot Tom Verbruggen as co-founder and advisor.

For an FBO that also runs training, a club, rentals, or a shop, the feature set covers aircraft and resource scheduling with self-service booking, fuel billing integrated with Micrelec and Matic fuel systems, work-order and maintenance tracking, multi-tenant rental with hangar and tie-down billing, auto-generated invoicing, custom forms, and KPI dashboards for utilization and revenue. The Aviatize Connect mobile app on iOS and Android is oriented to instructors, students, and technicians rather than the ramp. The site does not describe a point-of-sale system, a traditional CRM, or parts inventory, which pure FBO systems in this category do.

Accounting syncs in real time to QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Exact Online, with Xero, NetSuite, FreshBooks, Zoho Books, and MYOB listed as coming; payments run through Stripe and Clover; Madic and GO7 AeroCRS are named operational integrations; and a documented REST API plus Zapier, Make, and n8n connectors are included in every plan. Pricing is published per aircraft per month, billed annually, in Core, Plus, Premium, and Enterprise tiers with unlimited users, plus a Portbook airport movement-logging add-on priced per location.
