FBO Management Software
Operations platforms for running an FBO: fuel orders and tickets, front-desk CRM, point of sale, invoicing, and ramp coordination. The core job is one system of record from the fuel truck to the folio.
An FBO management system is the system of record from the fuel truck to the folio: the arrival and service request, the fuel ticket the truck meter generates, the point of sale at the counter, the invoice, the contract-fuel or card settlement, and the entry that lands in the general ledger. Every platform on this page does some version of that; they differ on hosting, on how much accounting lives inside versus syncs out to QuickBooks or an ERP, on whether the line crew gets a real mobile app, and on who owns the company.
Ownership matters more here than in most software categories. Three of the largest fuel suppliers ship their own platforms — Avfuel's Hub, World Fuel's avPOS and fbo360 family, and Titan's Atlas — typically bundled with a branded-fuel relationship rather than sold on their own, and Phillips 66's EPOS program resells X-1FBO, Total FBO, and FBO Director. Separately, CAMP Systems (Hearst) acquired both Total FBO and FBO One from World Kinect in 2024 and now markets them under one CAMP Aviate umbrella. MyFBO, once a standalone product, now redirects to CAMP Aviate and is no longer listed.
When comparing: check the FlightBridge integration (most FBO trip requests arrive through it), which fuel-meter systems are supported (TCS and Veeder-Root are the common ones), whether contract-fuel card gateways are certified, and whether pricing is published — FBO Director and Aviatize publish theirs; the rest quote. The comparison matrix lays these out side by side, and the hangar stacking tools that sit beside these systems have their own category.

- What does FBO management software do?
- It runs the front desk and the back office of a fixed-base operation in one system: arrival and service requests, fuel orders and tickets from the truck meter, point of sale, invoicing and statements, contract-fuel and card processing, inventory, hangar and tenant billing, and reporting — with accounting either built in or synced to QuickBooks, Sage, Dynamics, or NetSuite.
- Which FBO software integrates with FlightBridge?
- Per the vendors' own sites: X-1FBO, FBO Director (bidirectional, with invoice status syncing back), Total FBO, Atlas FBO Software (Premier tier), FBO One, and World Fuel's legacy fbo360 page all name FlightBridge integrations. AirPlx, in the hangar category, syncs FlightBridge trips into its planning view.
- Do fuel suppliers provide FBO software?
- Yes. Avfuel offers The Avfuel Hub (WebPOS and back office) to Avfuel-branded FBOs; World Fuel offers avPOS with Connected Truck meter capture (its older fbo360 platform is still described on a legacy page); Titan Aviation Fuels offers Atlas FBO Software to its network; and Phillips 66 Aviation's EPOS program bundles X-1FBO, Total FBO, or FBO Director. These are usually part of a branded-fuel agreement rather than a standalone purchase.
- Who owns Total FBO and FBO One?
- CAMP Systems International, a Hearst company, acquired both from World Kinect Corporation in March 2024 (alongside Avinode Group) and markets them under its CAMP Aviate platform — Total FBO for the United States and FBO One internationally. Both continue to operate as their own brands.
- Which FBO software publishes pricing?
- FBO Director publishes five monthly tiers on its homepage and Aviatize publishes per-aircraft pricing. X-1FBO, Total FBO, FBO One, AVMAN, Atlas, fbo360, MyHandling, and aerops route to a quote or demo. MyFlightFBO says pricing scales with the FBO's business volume without publishing figures.
- What about hangar stacking software?
- Hangar stacking and ramp planning tools — AirPlx, Stax, HangarStack, Fyve By — run beside an FBO management system rather than replacing it, and HangarDirect handles hangar leasing. They have their own category, Hangar & Ramp Management Software, and a table on the comparison page.
