Experimental Aircraft Association

The Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) is a membership organization headquartered at the EAA Aviation Center, 3000 Poberezny Road, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. It was founded in 1953 in Milwaukee by people interested in building their own airplanes and has since widened its focus to antiques, classics, warbirds, aerobatic aircraft, ultralights, helicopters and contemporary manufactured aircraft.

EAA's flagship event, EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, is held in late July in Oshkosh and combines an aircraft fly-in with an exhibit area. EAA's own pages cite about 10,000 airplanes and more than 500,000 visitors each year, and an exhibitor directory is published online for each edition. EAA also runs Learn To Fly Week, Ultralight Days and flight experience programs at its Oshkosh campus.

Companies that want to exhibit download EAA's media kit, select the AirVenture exhibiting option and submit their information; EAA's exhibit office then reviews it and follows up with available opportunities. Food vendors apply through a separate form. The exhibit page does not list space types, sizes or prices, and EAA does not publish an exhibitor count.
