FBO One

Web-based FBO and ground-handling software built with KLM Jet Center in 2007, now CAMP Systems' international FBO brand; handling planboards, fuel, quoting, payments, and border-control integrations.

About FBO One

FBO One was built in 2007 in Amsterdam in partnership with KLM Jet Center (now Jet Aviation Netherlands) and remains headquartered there. Its publisher, Amsterdam Software, was later acquired by World Fuel Services, and in March 2024 World Kinect sold FBO One — together with Avinode Group — to CAMP Systems International, a Hearst company. FBO One continues as a standalone brand with its existing team and now serves as the international side of CAMP's FBO portfolio, with Total FBO covering the United States; in 2026 CAMP began marketing both under the CAMP Aviate umbrella. At the time of checking, the company reported more than 200 locations across 52 countries and named ExecuJet, Harrods Aviation, Jet Aviation, and Swiss Executive Aviation among its users.

The product is built around handling rather than the fuel counter: quoting, order management for the services on a handling request, movement and handling planboards, ramp and hangar space management, automated pricing, a fuel module tied to TCS and Veeder-Root meters, online payments through Payviate by AHT and Stripe, back-office invoicing, and management reporting. There is deliberately no native mobile app — the planboards and order screens are responsive React pages that run on any phone or tablet browser.

The integration list reflects an international customer base: flight data from Eurocontrol CFMU, FlightAware, FlightBridge, and AirNav RadarBox; Stonefield FIDS displays; automatic import of NetJets handling requests and VistaJet invoice upload; crew and passenger manifest submission to UK Border Force and the UAE Advanced Passenger Information portal; Brussels Airport schedule integration; and COHOR slot requests for French airports. Pricing is not published; the support site documents the integrations in detail.
