FuelerLinx

FuelerLinx is fuel planning, purchasing and tankering software for pilots, dispatchers and flight departments. It lists offices in Van Nuys, California and New York City. The platform compares a department's contract fuel prices by leg, calculates multi-leg tankering using ramp fees, volume discounts and aircraft performance profiles, and dispatches fuel orders in one click. FuelerLinx states that it is a software system rather than a fuel reseller and does not mark up the prices its vendors and FBOs provide.

Its vendor page names 29 fuel suppliers, including Avfuel, Air BP, EPIC Aviation, Everest Fuel, MercFuel, Phillips 66 and Signature, and cites more than 800 FBOs; most contract vendors update customer pricing hourly. Thirteen scheduling and flight-planning systems are named as integrations, among them CAMP, Avianis, Ascend FOS, SchedAero and FlightTrak. Fuel releases are emailed to the user and logged, and mobile apps are available.

For FBOs, the relevant piece is FBOlinx, a separate product built by FuelerLinx. It lets an FBO send confidential, customer-specific fuel quotes and ramp-fee data directly to a flight department, and describes itself as a CRM and pricing engine for FBOs that connects to FuelerLinx with flight tracking. Orders sent to an FBO through FuelerLinx dispatch should be allowed at least 30 minutes to reach the fuel desk. FuelerLinx does not publish prices; cost depends on fleet size and device licenses.
