Hire Aviation Staffing Solutions

Hire Aviation Staffing Solutions is an aviation staffing firm at 10901 Reed Hartman Highway in Cincinnati, Ohio. It has operated as a division of Traincroft, Inc., since 2019 and says it has placed professionals exclusively within the aviation industry for three decades. The firm is led by Brandon Strahan as CEO and James Strahan as Managing Partner, and says more than 90 percent of its customers are repeat clients.

Hire Aviation provides contract, contractor-to-permanent and direct-hire personnel. Its listed specialties include A&P mechanics, avionics, composites, structures, interiors, painters, sheet metal, engineering, flight crews, UAV/UAS personnel, management, executives and corporate personnel. Its employer page also covers ground operations roles such as logistics and customer service, and its recruitment overview names airport operations. Its stated customer base is Part 145 repair stations and MROs, Part 135, 121 and 91 operators, OEMs and DOD contractors.

FBOs and business aviation are not named as markets, so the closest fits for an FBO are customer service and ground operations hires, A&P and avionics staff for an on-airport shop, and management searches. Hire Aviation does not publish pricing; employers reach its business development team through the contact page.
