JSfirm.com, LLC operates JSfirm, an aviation-only job board and talent marketplace that says it has served the industry for more than 25 years. The company is headquartered in the United States and does not publish a city. It reports a network of more than 600,000 aviation professionals, over 10,000 employers served and more than 40,000 active job listings.

Employers post openings and search a resume database filtered by certification, location and experience. Listings are distributed to more than 80 partner networks, including AOPA, EAA and flight schools. Job categories include Line Service, Aircraft Mechanic, Avionics Technician, Aircraft Dispatcher, Management, Executive Positions and Aviation Sales, and the company's ground and logistics group covers ramp agents, fuelers and gate agents.

For an FBO, the relevant pieces are the Line Service category and the resume search for A&P and avionics staff in a maintenance shop. JSfirm does not name FBOs as a market, and it points employers to a pricing page for posting packages, resume access and add-ons rather than printing rates in its page copy.
