Liquid Controls

Liquid Controls operates as Advanced Flow Solutions, Inc., a unit of IDEX Corporation, and lists an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma address on its contact page. The company says its founders introduced the first tri-rotor meter in 1954 and that Class 2 aviation meters date to 1956, when they were first built for the US Air Force. Aviation fueling is one of several applications alongside refined fuels, LPG and alternative fuels.

For aviation, the M-40 AVI and M-80 positive displacement meters are rated for Jet A, Jet A-1 and avgas. The LCR.iQ electronic register carries an aviation feature set: differential-pressure monitoring, shutdown and reporting per JIG 58, JIG-compliant water-in-fuel monitoring, automatic or manual density, a deadman timer, preset by mass, additive injection and customizable prompts for flight, customer or driver data. TANKiQ inventory control handles up to 12 products, and tickets can be delivered as QR-code e-tickets by text, email or mobile app.

Registers connect by Ethernet, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and any number can be networked through a master register without a multiplexer box. Third-party fleet automation systems can connect through the register's open data access. Liquid Controls sells through distributors, publishes no prices, and does not name airports or FBO customers on the pages reviewed.
