MyFlightFBO

MyFlightFBO is the FBO product of Flying Software Labs, LLC, sold under the MyFlightSolutions name as a complete system for fixed-base operators. It covers fuel sales and fuel-farm tracking, point-of-sale billing, hangar fee management, oxygen service tracking, concierge services such as rental cars, catering, and hotels, a dispatch queue, self check-in for pilots and crew, and staff training and compliance tracking, with accounting handled by the companion MyFlightAccounting module.

The same platform extends into the other businesses an FBO often runs: MyFlight135 for Part 135 charter and fractional operations, MyFlightTrain for flight schools, and MyFlightMxShop for the maintenance shop, all connected to the FBO system. The software is web-based and mobile-ready. In 2016 the company launched My Copilot with WEX, a virtual-card payment product for MyFlightSolutions customers, and the same year the merged Flying Software Labs entity — MyFlightSolutions combined with FBO software company Vessix — was named a top-20 aerospace solution company by CIOReview.

The vendor says pricing scales with the volume of business at the client rather than a flat per-seat rate, and publishes customer testimonials from an FBO owner in Colorado, an Indiana flight school, and a Florida general-aviation chain. The company's headquarters is not published on its site.
