MyHandling by OPS Horizon

MyHandling is the product of OPS Horizon, a French company founded in 2011 by Pascal Meyer, who worked as an FBO station agent in France and wrote the original beta himself before starting the company. It is headquartered in Aix-les-Bains and describes the product as a one-stop shop for handling requests. At the time of checking, OPS Horizon reported 120 airports and FBOs on the platform and listed partners including the airports of Lyon, Grenoble, Rennes, and Cannes, operators such as ASL, Fly Service, Swiss Privilege Aviation Services, and TAG Aviation Asia, and VINCI Airports, across France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and Macau.

The system is organized around the handling request rather than the fuel counter: real-time flight tracking from Eurocontrol with automated messaging, task management with visual time-slot indicators, all handling data on one screen, aircraft-parking and space management by aircraft type, analytics on volumes by aircraft type and service, and integrated automated billing with Excel export. Dispatchers at operators using FL3XX, Leon Software, or Skylegs can submit handling requests directly from those systems. A separate MyHandling AIRLINES portal serves scheduled carriers.
