NDX

NDX, LLC builds software for aviation ramp and fuel operations, aimed at FBOs. Its two products are NDX Inspections, a digital recordkeeping system for fuel quality control, and GroundOps, a real-time ramp and tow management tool. The company lists a leadership team headed by Chairman Martin Hiller and CEO Jordan Hiller, and does not publish a headquarters address or founding year.

NDX Inspections replaces paper fuel QC logs with mobile and browser forms built for ATA 103 and JIG 1/2/4 compliance. Inspectors confirm their location with QR codes and NFC tags, and an equipment module tracks calibration and certification dates for tanks and filter vessels. A custom form builder extends the same workflow to GSE checks, maintenance records and other required reporting. Discrepancies move through a corrective-action workflow, and reports export as PDFs in ATA 103 and JIG layouts.

Multi-location FBO operators can enforce one inspection policy across a network, view consolidated reporting and connect the data to Power BI; auditors can be given their own logins for remote audits. NDX shows an 'In partnership with NATA' badge on its Inspections page, and NATA's Fuel QC Management System runs on NDX Inspections. NDX offers a free trial on request and does not publish pricing.
