Reliance Aerotech Services

Reliance Aerotech Services Inc. is a Team Reliance company founded in 1998. It lists offices at 278 Doug Warpoole Road in Smyrna, Tennessee and 25 West Cedar Street in Pensacola, Florida. It describes itself as a leader in logistics services, aviation staffing and recruitment for defense, government, commercial and business customers, and displays five-year Best of Staffing awards for client and talent satisfaction.

Its service lines are aviation staffing, recruitment, project support and executive search, offered as contract, contract-to-direct and direct-hire engagements. The firm organizes its expertise around MRO, aerospace manufacturing and government work. It says it has supplied MRO talent thousands of times over two decades, and its manufacturing customers include makers of commercial and corporate aircraft, engines and components. Testimonials come from GE Aviation, Top Aces, Western Aircraft and Yulista Aviation.

FBOs, line service and general aviation are not named as markets; the work is MRO, manufacturing and government oriented. An FBO or business-aviation maintenance shop could use its technician and executive search services. Reliance does not publish pricing.
