Stax

Stax, from Stax Aviation Group, is hangar-management and aircraft-stacking software that plans layouts with real aircraft dimensions — including hangars that have not been built yet. At the time of checking the company claimed use across more than 2,000 hangars in 12 countries on five continents and listed NBAA as an industry affiliation. Its headquarters is not published on the site.

The feature set runs from planning to billing: customer and fleet management with aircraft, tenant, movement history, and special requirements; live occupancy tracking; revenue forecasting and revenue-per-square-foot optimization; automated movement logging; billing exports; and centralized real-time inventory across hangars and ramps. Trademarked modules include Stax TruTow, which validates that a stacking design can actually be executed by the ground crew; Stax CAD for collision detection and virtual movement simulation; Stax TruView for airfield-wide visibility; and Hangar Forecaster for predicting hangar availability.

Stax runs as native applications on Windows, macOS, iPadOS, and Android. The pricing page describes annual subscriptions (twelve months for the price of eleven), month-to-month plans, multi-site enterprise agreements, and professional services, without dollar figures.
