STS Technical Services

STS Technical Services is the workforce management arm of STS Aviation Group, a maintenance, material and engineering company headquartered in Jensen Beach, Florida. Its listed office is at 250 S. Executive Drive in Brookfield, Wisconsin. It calls itself a Top 100 US staffing firm with more than 80 staffing professionals and four offices nationwide.

The firm recruits aircraft mechanics and line maintenance technicians, avionics specialists, aerospace and design engineers, helicopter A&P mechanics and pilots, along with machinists, welders, sheet metal, quality and logistics roles for aerospace, defense, manufacturing and industrial clients. Engagement types include contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, payrolling and recruitment process outsourcing, and a Rent-a-Recruiter program places recruiters inside client teams. Aviation names on its site include Kalitta Air and West Star Aviation.

FBOs and business aviation are not named as markets, and much of its work is outside aviation, so an FBO is best served through its aircraft and line maintenance searches. Pricing is not published; employers contact its business development team.
